Ok, I want to get a new clutch, I have a spec stage 3 in the camaro and I love it.

I need one in the Talon, and want something to grab for awd, but not break anything...basically something in between a 2100 and 2600. well spec stage 2 and 3 are right there...my question is does anyone have experiance positive or negative with either

Buy an RPS clutch. Im VERY happy with mine. Ive had ACT and centerforce. 3 ACT's to be exact.

is this the ram clutch...I have heard very good things on an ls1, didn't even realize that they made one for the 4g63

how long have you had the clutch for? how does it like the track? how does it like the street?...

I just installed one on my eclipse n/t it's a spec stage 2, I have not broken it in yet. I still have a wheel hub problem. I'll let you know how it goes.

Give Spec a call and buy whatever they recomend, you will not be dissapointed. I have a Spec clutch in my Mustang and in my 90 awd Talon. I bought the carbon disc setup and aluminum flywheel from Spec on their recomendation and love it. Easily takes repeated 4500rpm plus launches at the track and never fails or has a heavy pedal. Very easy on the driveline as well. Good luck.

how did u install it?

i am so lost my sach clutch that was in there came in 1 piece all together..

the spec came in 2...

The clutch is a modular unit, it's in one piece. The flywheel is rivited onto the clutch. You wrote your's is in two pieces, you might have the wrong one. What's the part number?

i do have the wrong one.... can i just get the fidanza flywheel wil that fix everything?

I'm not sure, but I think it's not going to work. What clutch set up is the one you have? Is it for a turbo motor? These are totaly different transmissions on the turbo and the 420A. But like I said, I'm not sure if you mix these parts around.

i have the 420a motor... they gave me the wrong clutch.. it has to be... because my sach clutch is all in 1 piece ( pressureplate, friction plate, flywheel).. then it bolts on to the flywheel....

my spec stage 2 .... has the pressure plate and friction plate seperate?

so do i have to buy a fidanza flywheel
