Noise in tranny while decreasing speed

Im using a GVR4 4G63t on a 90's Lancer. Its an awd tranny locked to FWD. I'm using a 3 puck Exedy Metal clutch.

Now heres my problem, Lately I'm hearing a tok-tok-tok sound while decreasing speed, release on throttle, while the car slows down, the interval of the tok-tok sound increases. It is speed related. While running 80kph, the sound is tok-tok-tok-tok-tok, very little intervals, and when the speed decreases, the sound is tok... tok.... tok... tok.
I can't hear any sound while I'm stepping on the gas. Even if its in neutral, it still produces that tok-tok sound. The shifting is smooth, No problems while shifting, no slipping or grinding sound, just the tok-tok sound while decreasing speed and full release on throttle.

I already asked 3 mechanics and they're all pointing in the tranny area.
I had it inspected with my trusted mechanic, he put the tranny down and found no problems in it. But when he put it back, the tok-tok sound is still there? What could it be?

Did your mechanic look inside the tranny? Hmmm.

The mechanic inspected the inside of the tranny and found no problems.

I was charged less than a 100 dollars for bringing the tranny down.

I can't afford to let another mechanic inspect it.

Maybe I'll just wait until it dies totally. FWD trannies cost less than a 100bucks here in the Philippines. I'll just change the whole tranny when it brakes down. For now its working fine and shifting fine except for that annoying noise.

bad bearings, improper shimming on input and intermediate shaft, used wrong bearing (that small bearing on input shaft), and that's all i can think of for now. Good luck.
