i am putting new sleave(sp) and collars(sp) in 1 2 and 3 4 and 1,2,3 syncrose(sp) should i drive my car easy when i get this done to kinda let it break in, or is it not necessary?

Tranny parts are pretty strong, and really don't need any break-in. I would recommend taking it easy on it for about 200-300 miles and using synthetic gear oil though. :D

ok i plan on using regular 80w90 or something like that for about the frist 500 or so then draning that and putting syncroshift in

Just put the synchroshift or G.M. synchromesh fluid in from the start.
There are no major items that need to "wear in" in a tranny unless you have new gears, so a break in period is not necessary (as it is with rings in an engine, for instance). The only other reason for running something else initially is if you did a poor job cleaning it out when you had it apart. As long as you cleaned the inside of the case during the rebuild, you can start with the synthetics.
