Dubuque,
Can anyone give me some insite on which Flywheel I should put with and ACT 2600 Clutch.

I was looking at either a Fidanza or a JUN, is either better or worse.
Dose anyone know, do they come balanced, or should I have it balanced at a machine shop?

Also, dose anyone have any information about scatter sheild, like where to get one, and do I really need one. (if I dont want my passenger in 100 peices!)

Thanks
Tim

ive heard the JUN and Fidanza are both great flywheels but the JUN is alot more $$ and the Fidanza is just as good... it doesnt need to be balanced when you get it or shouldnt need to be anyhow..

not sure about scatter shield.. I know Ive read it on here somewhere maybe do a search for scatter and see if that helps you out..

A Jun flywheel after some abuse. You maybe able to cut it once more, but it's pretty much junk after that. If this happens with the Fidanza all you have to do is replace the friction surface for around $75. In the long run the Fidanza should last for every and cost less than the Jun as well.

I believe the clutchmasters is a re-badged fidanza but yes fidanza it the best.

Later,

I have a JUN in mine and it wasn't as light as I expected it to be. Between the lightened flywheel and heavier clutch (ACT 2600), I came out about even. I was hoping for a true weight loss. As to the condition of mine, I don't know. I haven't had the tranny back open yet. I've got 13,000 miles on it. I drive hard, so I expect it to look somewhat like the pic above. It is a rather hefty metal so maybe that one was a fluke??? I'll probably get a Fidanza if my JUN is messed up when I replace the clutch next time (been through three already total of 16,000 miles).

You have a 1991 it is a 6-bolt. You do nto ahve worry is you have a 6-bolt or a 7-bolt unless your car was made around april-may of 1992 that was when they started to switch.
