Clutch Problems?

While driving to work this morning I had some potential clutch shudder going on. While I'm driving, all of a sudden the car starts shuddering. Vibration coming from the front. Once I push the clutch in it goes away. It comes back randomly. Could this be some clutch plate spring issues?

I've got a 2100 clutch kit with a act lightweight flywheel.
stock transmission
car is a 99 gst spyder. Stock engine

How many miles on the clutch friction disk?

less than 4k

What about if you just let off the gas instead of pushing in the clutch does it go away? @ what speed does this accure?

If I let off the gas it still does it. The speed is random, I've had it happen at 35-40, then while I'm cruising at 55-65. A friend of mine suggested that a rivet could've popped loose on the friction disk

That is very possible. Wouldn't be the first time something like that happened.
