I have 85,000 miles on my 97GS-T Spyder and the stock clutch is finally giving up on me. I need a pretty strong clutch as I am planning to upgrade until i reach high 12s to low 13s in the 1/4 mile. I don't mind pretty heavy pedal pressure, actually I prefer it over a floppy clutch pedal like centerforce clutches cause. Would an ACT2100 be suitable for my goals? Does anybody recommend anything other than an ACT clutch? ACTs are all I ever hear any DSMers talk about. About what price range should I expect for this clutch, does anybody know of any special deals anybody is running on these? Thanks in advance.

The ACT 2100 or equivalent will be fine for your goals. It feels like stock. Expect to pay around $325 for the ACT 2100. Also getting a braided stainless steel clutch line will improve feel and feedback.
