hey guys, I've got an ACT2600 on my 2G.. and recently I've tried to adjust the master cylinder adj. rod since it was engaging too low (close to the firewall).. well, I adjusted the rod ..turned it clockwise if you're looking at the firewall.. and secured the lock nut, and test drove it..

it seemed to be fine on the test drive, it was engaging higher, like I wanted, after driving more, it started engaging too high, almost to the point of the clutch stop.. so I tried turning the rod counterclockwise to fix it, and it's still too high, and changing gears isn't as smooth as it used to be..

so I bled the clutch, turned the rod to adjust, and it's still acting up..

my question is if anybody remembers, excactly which way to turn the rod to lower/raise the pedal engagement..
ie clockwise = raises?
counterclock = lowers?

I also did a search a couple of days ago and came across a good link with pics for the 2G,. which I tried to follow, but can't seem to find it now

sorry so long, thanks for any help!

So everytime you make a rod adjustment do you have to bled the system? Thanks
