i have a stock 97 GSX and i do occasional drag racing on the weekends with my friends. I usually launch at about 5500 rpm and i can feel the stock clutch getting weaker. I want a clutch that can withstand these lauches and last me a while. I plan on modding my car as well, but i would rather get a clutch first. I'm thinking about the act 2600 but i'm worried it may be overkill for stock. Opinions?

I would go with the ACT 2100 for right now the 2600 can cause crankwalk in 2g cars and has a heavy pedal effort to it.
