Release Bearing

I bought a ACT 2600 pp, and street disk. I want to know if i should use the a new mitsu bearing or the act one. I think i read somwhere to use the stock one. but would it be fine with the extra presure from the new pp. thanks

Use the one with the plastic lining inside the hole. The metal lined TOB will bind sometimes.
