I have not seen a write up done but I can give you some VERY useful tips. Do not touch the rear camber adjusting bolts. They will snap, and they are discontinued at mitsu. Best way to remove the rear is:

For a 2g:

1. Pick a side you like
2. Remove the lower control arm bolt and trailing arm bolt at the spindle.
3. There is a small brace that goes front to back of the rear subframe that hold its U shape. It has 2x 14mm bolts, remove these. ONLY remove the brace on the side you are working on. Leaving the other helps keep the diff from latter falling on your head...you will see:shhh:
4. Unbolt the front support, three bolts to diff. There is no need to unbolt the front mount bushing bolt, unbolting just the 3 mount bolts is sufficient.
5. Remove the two long bolts through the diff's rear cover but make sure once they start to loosen you DO not use a box end wrench (you will not have the clearance) or you will need to dent in your spare tire area. *If you have your driveshaft dropped, you can use a box end wrench because you will be able to slide the diff forward as the bolts loosen which will give you room to remove the wrench. You'll have to leave the bolts in the subframe and install in the reverse of removal.
6. Pop the axle of the side you disassembled out of the pumpkin. You should be able to pull it out of the pumpkin and then down and out.
7. Once that axle is out you can pop out the other side and then drop down the diff, never having to touch any suspension part on the opposite side.

Notes:

-Be extra careful when reinstalling the axles, the c-clips are a huge pain. Try using petroleum jelly to hold them in place, I broke one of mine trying to get the pass. axle back in and now have to wait 3 days for the clip. For Reference: LSD passenger side axle clip part number is mb896917

-Uninstall can be done by yourself but reinstall I would recommend an extra set of hands, otherwise you're in for a lots of f bombs.

-If you are swapping an LSD for non-LSD or vise versa, you will have to replace both axles along with the diff.

Hope this helps,
Matt
