Hey guys i searched and theres tons of shit on this but just to narrow it down i thought id ask

Well i got a 93 tsi awd and i ordered a jdm 6 bolt to swap into mine since i blew it up....the car starts and runs fine i built the motor with a bigger turbo with front mount and the usual stuff. but i used my shep stg2 tranny and slave cylinder off the 7 bolt...

Ne ways the combo i used was a ACT 2600 pressure plate, slowboy Kevlar disc and the ACT 11.5lb flywheel

well the motor and everything is in the car starts and runs Great! but the problem is the clutch engagement...

i know theres a way to adjust it i just dont know how.

when you push the pedel it starts to actually feel pressure rite in the middle of the pedel play.

So we bled it and shit, nothing....when you go to put it in gear with the car on and the clutch to the floor it grinds....evry gear.

i orderd a new slave cylinder but im not going to put it on unless i know thats the problem. i reather find the right way to adjust it

ALL HELP IS VERY VERY APPRECIATED thanks guys:thumb: :thumb:

Look at the treaded rod on the clutch pedal where it actuates the master cylinder. That is where your adjustment is. It also sounds like it might be a worn clutch fork. How many miles are on the shep trans?? Look at your receipt and see if shep put a reinforced clutch fork in your trans.
