Synchro's or the Gear?

I had a very bad trans oil leak that I didnt know about, now my 2nd gear is really bad....grinds almost all the time even when shifting slow. Would my 2nd gear be bad or the Synchro to my 2nd gear??? Also my 2nd gear will sometimes pop out of gear and start grinding. What would cause that??? And where would I buy the part/parts to fix my 2nd gear without having to send it out??

you will not know exactly whats wrong until you open the trans. It will pop out of gear for many reasons open the trans and you will find out why. Best place to buy the parts is the dealer unless you want to go through team rip and pay more money.
