A,
Here goes..... The tranny seems to be stuck in gear or something. The shifter moves but won't go into neutral and the shift pattern is pretty much non existent. If you move the shifter all the way to the left it moves forward and back with no resistance. I looked at all of the linkages and they all seem to look ok comparing them to the pictures in the Hanes manual. Any ideas????

Thanks,
Aaron

Sounds like mine when I broke the shift fork speedshifting. I got it stuck in third gear and the lever just flopped around. Have someone sit in the car and move the shifter as much as he can. Look at the shift levers where they go into the tranny. if everything is moving then you have an internal tranny problem which could be the broken shift fork.
