2g awd auto trans into 1g what trans computer should be used?

2g awd auto trans into 1g what trans computer should be used?

I'm thinking about swaping one of my talons from a "93 n/t fwd auto to a '99 awd auto with a turbo 4g63 . I noticed that both seem to look the same but the trans pcm's or computers , and the harness in general don't match up, can i just swap the '99 trans harness to a '93 ?
