ok so has anyone removed the cap on the relief valve that rre is talking about? or should i just get a 1g slave cylinder?

The, uh, obvious solution would be to spend 5 minutes adjusting your clutch pedal.

A misadjusted pedal will do more damage than you probably want. A solution such as that may do away with the pump up, but you'll probably be more annoyed when you have to replace your clutch and tob in 3000 miles.
