Hi, Today I changed the oil of my car only to find another problem with the DSM.......When I was under the car I noticed something that seemed odd.....a plate that seemed seperated from the tranny. the plate has a hole for a bolt, and the tranny has a hole with threads for a bolt......The attached picture is really crappy because of the camera and lack of time, sorry I'll try to get a better picture. Can anyone help me out with this? The specs of the bolt? What the the plate does? Thanks in advance fellow dsm'ers.

Alright so the picture sucks and I cannot get another camera at the time. I figured out that its a bracket that connects the transmission to the chassis. The bolt that connects it to the tranny is missing and the whole bracket seems to be broken. Tranny mount? It is located right in between both driveshafts of a fwd. Can anyone help me get a replacement such as the Mitsubishi part number and tell me what is needed to replace it? Does the transmission need to be dropped? Thanks in advanced if anyone answers.....

MD745087 is the part number for the rear tranny bracket you are talking about. You will also need three or four bolts to bolt it to the trans.
