ABout how long is the rod from the throwout bearing to the slave cylinder supposed to be? I put the transmission and all that back in my car and i can't get it into any gears. When the car is off everything is fine, but not when its running

Check to see if you need to bleed the clutch. Have someone watch the slave cylinder while you push the clutch in.

We bled the clutch and my dad said that slave cylinder moved about 2 to 3 inches...thats what it looked like when he gave me an example at least.
