noise in third

I just put in an SBR 3500 and fidanza flywheel. I am getting this loud rattling noise in third gear. At first it seemed like it was only when I was on the gas. Now it is there all the time. I can hear it slightly in fourth but not much. I can't hear it at all in any other gears.All I can tell is that it's coming from the front somewhere. I could hear it a little before changing the clutch. It is worse when I'm accelerating. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Ok it has gotten really bad now. I parked it so I can figure this out. Now it is making a clunking noise in reverse and deceleration. I am also smelling my clutch without being hard on it. That clutch doesn't even have 100 miles on it yet. I think it sounds like the differential :confused but why would that only bother third and fourth on acceleration. Someone please think of something.
