I tried to shift to second gear and it refused to go inso i pulled the tranny apart and the 3rd gear synchro was in 3 peices wtf causes this?
 
Well, pretty much abuse. Slammed shifts, trying to overpower the synchro without it being lined up, hard downshifts, trying to powershift and realizing halfway through just what a bad idea it was and deciding not to....
