grinds going into first and reverse

hi i recently bought my second dsm. its a 93 awd talon. it currently has a centerforce dual friction clutch. it felt fine for about the first week but now it grinds going into first and reverse.all the other gears feel fine.but i noticed if i press the clutch pedal real hard it doesnt grind going into those gears. i wanted to know if the pedal can be adjusted to fix this or does the clutch have to be adjusted itself.

I know im not supposed to say this but... Search for "adjusting clutch" and make sure to use the search type to narrow your search. I only say this because i suck at explaining things

Crawl under your steering wheel and look at your pedals, the clutch pedal (the one on the left of course ) Has a rod that goes into a nut, loosen the nut and you can spin the rod, adjusting when the clutch engages, looking at the pedal, i THINK you turn the rod clockwise to have the clutch grab higher off the floor... its one of those 2 anyways..

However im not sure if this will solve your problem, never hurts to try tho.. Good luck
