I'm pretty shure this question has been answerd before, but what parts are needed to convert a 3bolt to 4bolt rear?

Can it direclty connect to my rear wheels w.o new parts? I know the axles and drive shaft should bolt up, but im not shure how the axles will connect directly to my wheels. And are there things im going to have to have like seals or special tools? I need to get my diff changed so I can get to school, If i dont get this fixed next week i'll be kicked out. It's my graduation year too. If anyone has a link to a tutorial, or would like to write me out some steps that would be awesome!
