Well, i made a post saying my diff was leaking, and didnt get much out of it, so i am still searching for stuff.... i am almost positive that my vent on my differential is plugged. Does anyone have a picture of the top of the differential? I cant get my hands up there to search, and cant find a hose or anything from the vent, so i am stumped on where it is at.... i think i have a good idea on where it is at.. any help is appreciated.

I used a transmission or tcase vent cap on my rear end. It didn't go in easily and took a while to get it to fit, but it worked great.
Good luck,
-Jesse

that picture didnt work, it must have gotten deleted.

Are you saying that you put a vent cap on it to keep crap from getting in it?? I want to make sure before i start assuming things here. Thanks :thumb:

Sorry about the pic, it did get deleted. I made a mistake. It shouldn't have been put on dsmtuners because it didn't fit the rules. Sorry again, I found another place to host it.
Yes, i used the vent cap to keep water/dirt/sand from getting in. The vent cap does not seal up the vent, it only shrouds it. The rearend will still be able to vent. i hope this link works for ya this time
Let me know,
-Jesse

alright, yeah it worked that time, i take it that the 1G differential is different from the 2G Differential...thanks for the pic tho :dsm:
