When I start in first gear and get going a little bit the tranny makes a loud, grinding sound while the RPMs are increasing and my speed is slowly creeping up. This also happens in second gear but not as bad as first. Third gear is a little better, and fourth is almost perfect. Fifth is REALLY hard to get into... I have to slam my shifter to the right and up to get into fifth. Now with all that said... I have no reverse. None. It doesn't go in at all, and if I "think" I get it in, it goes forward... wtf? It's definatley not anything to do with my clutch, I'm fairly certain of that.

I know what your problem is.... It's happened to me a few times. In fact, it actually happened today. I guarantee you that if you are to go out in a field, or even some wet grass, and floor your car while its in second, you will do a really good doughnut... haha. don't ask me how i know...
Your car is actually RWD now, but since you dont have a VCE, or a welded center diff, its only sending 50% of the power to the rear wheels, thus the slipping feeling.
I'm certain that your problem lies in a front CV axle. It COULD be a rear, but i doubt it.
Every time this has happened to me, it was my front driver side that was messed up. First time, it was an actual CV joint that was screwed, and today, it was the teeth inside of the axle that slips on over the shaft that comes out of the tranny.
Check them and see if im right.

As for the rest of your post, it sounds like you have other problems going on too. I have no experience with the other problems you have, so i'll let someone else throw in some info.
