rough clutch ?

i recently bought a 2g awd tsi talon wit a 6 bolt swap tre trans...ACT 2600lb clutch...alot of after market parts... heres the problem earlier i noticed that when i press the clutch peddle in its kinda rough. kinda like the clutch line isnt oiled...its hydrolic though..im new in the dsm game, so can someone please help me out... a

Do you meen rough or just hard? Because the 2600 is a heavyish clutch that will thak more than normal force to push in. If you do meen rough, I don't know other than looking under the dash at the arm links for anything abnormal and greasing them.
