I have a 90 Eagle Talon Tsi AWD and I put a tranny in it out of a 91 Misibishi Eclipse GSX and I was saw that the shift cable for reverse is broke.. I was wondering if the shift cables are any different from 90 to 91 or even 92.. I heard that they were somewhat different, but im not quite sure if that is true or not.. help would be apreciated..

They are definitly different. You need to a set of 91+ shift cables.

what about the shifter assembley.. will the 90 model work with the 91+ bracket, and cable?

My bad, that's what I meant. The bracket with 4 bolts that attaches to the center console, that's different. And make sure the bracket on the transmission is still the '91 bracket as well.

Ok well I checked up at some local junk yards and all they had was the FWD Non Turbo Eclipses/Talons.. Is there any difference between the AWD Turbo Cables/Shifter assembly, and the FWD Non Turbo Cables/Shifter assembly..? That way I can just pull one out of one of those instead of searching everwhere for a TSi AWD to pull them out of..
