Tranny fluid?

What is the best tranny fluid to use? I just bought a 95 gst, my girl has a 96 gst spyder!

BG "syncroshift" is the best tranny fluid for our cars.

Gm Syncromesh. Just go to your local chevy/gm dealer and pick up two quarts.

well, i use GM, but I have heard that the BG is a great tranny fluid as well. Just seems that GM is easier to get

use Gm Syncromesh. This stuff works very well. I just put it in my gsx and night and day diff. Before i had to shift at 5500 now i can go to 7000 and shift.

Red Line seems to be working ALOT better than the GM Synchromesh for me. You can actually feel the difference. 2 qts. of Mt-90 and 1 qt of MT-L.

I take that back. I would switch back to GM Synchromesh anytime. THe Red Line feels good for about 5 days.
