Ticking noise from my head. Not lifter tick

Ok... so long story short my belt broke due to locked oil pump... and bent 4 valves on cylinder one.

take it to the closest machine shop to have them replace the four valves. They do. I put the head on and turn it on, and there is a loud ticking noise from the number one cylinder ( the one where the valves were replaced )

let it idle for 5-8 min and it doesn't go away (Its was late and car is loud).



The last time that I took my head to this machine shop it did the same thing. Then I took the head off and took it to another machine shop and they said that the valves weren't getting oil because the valves were not clearanced... What is Clearancing valves do? I let the machine shop that told me about clearancing valves redo my head and it didn't tick. But i was in a time crunch to gety my car done this time and took it to the other machine shop.

By the way I got SI stainless 1mm over valves with bronze valve guides. And yes I got revised 3rd gen lifters.
