I have a t in good condition, i can get an adapter plate for $50 , but is it gonna be worth it?

Without knowing which trim of T3 you have -- I'm going to say no.

It could be smaller then your 14b

i know its bigger than the 14 b its ar is 42 on the turbine side and 43 on the compressor side

without knowing which wheels it has -- you don't know how big of a turbo it is.

Physically it may be bigger then a 14b -- but if the wheels suck it could be slower then a 14b.
