are the 14b and 20g turbo cartrage's the same, besides the compressor wheel what are the differences

Compressor housing is also different, and I think the turbine wheel and exhaust housing are also bigger. I am curious myself though, can a 14b be turned into a 20g? C'mon guys.

For those that did not know, I've been informed that the 14b and 20g center sections are the same, so all you would need is the compressor wheel, backing plate, and compressor housing just like if you wanted to turn it into a 16g.
