Ok guys my friend decided to "help" me out and work on my head. I told him to take out my cams so when my 272's come in we can drop em in and be on our way. so he begin, when he tried to loosen the camshaft sprocket bolt he never held the camshaft so it moved over once. is this going to cause any damage or hurt the head at all?

You should be fine if I am visualising what you are saying. I've had a few 4G63 heads apart now and as long as the cam bearing isnt messed up you are fine
