To all, Im thinking of doing a 4G swap into a starion. And I was wondering if you need to use the Mighty Max trans or the stock unit. And for engines I heard the Evo 5 and down will work if anyone has any info or ideas let me know.

IIRC- you can go with an older model 5spd Totota tranny with a bellhousing adapter, or if you want to go auto a Chevy 3spd or 2spd powerglide with a special convertor and aadapter for the bellhousing.
It has been awhile since I looked into that stuff, so I am taking this from the top of my head.
