Anchorage,
Recently went to the track and I thought fixing some boost leaks that I found would fix my falling boost problem, but it didn't work. My boost would spike to 21-22psi and fall off to 17-18 psi. The boost falls off at the top of 3rd gear.

I have a TRE 18G ported and clipped 15deg. ported 02 and ported exh. manifold. 2.5" DP and TP, 3" Catback. Small Greddy FMIC. all supporting mods.

what else can cause boost to fall of so much?

Could it have something with the waste gate opening ot your blow off valve opening before you want it too.

I have an HKS SS BOV. I did some searching and found a post on DSMtalk that said the BOV needs to be adjusted from time to time by taking the cover off and making sure the BOV sits correctly.

i also adjusted the spring to make it tighter. this seems to have helped me. i can now hold boost. thanks for the replys guys. hopefully next time out to the track this will make a difference.
