Can't belive I have to ask this.. but how do you remove the flapper from a 14B exhaust houseing?

I dont see a way to remove it without breaking it. And it is faceing WAY to far north east of the center point.

I can see light around the edge's and I have not even ported it yet!

I need to aparently remove the flapper and the arm it is attached to so that I can bend the arm to the proper place and the port it out. (also where would I get a 38mm flapper?)

I think you have to drill the flapper out because it is riveted in place. Also I would call up some of the turbo vendors and ask them for a 38mm. I think the PTE turbos have 38mm flappers.
