my good buddy, talonryda17, just gave me a brand new b&m fpr. i ordered an n1 downpipe and a b&m fpguage which i will have tomorrow. now i was wondering if on stock injectors and pump if this fpr would be useful. would it hurt me in any way at all? would it help in any way? i was thinking that maybe cause ill have a 3 inch turbo back with no cat, id be getting some serious boost creep anyway. so maybe a lil more fuel wouldnt hurt right? i mean would i be maxing out the injectors or pump at all? also the b$m would would have to be set at 43psi at idle correct? thanks guys :dsm: o yea my mods are in my profile

Setting it at 43 wouldn't change anything at all on your setup. If you plan on upgrading your pump later, it will basically become worthless in terms of overruning the fpr.

If you run out of injector, you can make yourself cheap ass bigger injectors by upping the pressure. A note here: most injectors don't like to go over 80 psi. They have trouble closing. Remember: fuel pressure = base+boost.

You can use it, just don't get a high pressure pump if you decide to ever upgrade. Hint: The B&M Fuel Pressure RISER (its not called a regulator anymore because it doesnt lower pressure) goes great with a TII RX7 fuel pump. It outputs 43psi just like stock. :)

With a larger pump you will want to lower your fuel pressure the B&M will only allow you to raise fuel pressure. Its a paper weight, get the buschur unit. Its a very nice unit and its a direct bolt on. the bolt on ones like what I have are nice and cheap. However the adjustment screw in the head strips very easily. I have not had a problem but id get the Buschur if I had to do it again.
