Hey Guys,

Got a bit of a problem here:

I had my boost set at 15psi,
then yesterday, when I started my car in the morining, boost wouldn't climb over 11psi (after car has warmed up), in addition, boost started to rise a lot slower then it did before. Tried adjusting mbc a bit, but it didn't make a diffrence.

What could be the problem ?
Do those sound like a syptoms for wastegate being stuck open ?

What else could tha be ? No work was perfomed on the car immidiately prior to this happening besides installing an A/F gauge.

Help....

How does boost leak come about ?

Does anything have to 'pop' or 'whoosh' ?
It just seems so weird to me, 'cause it was fine one day, and the next day it was already leaking....

Check for holes on the boost controller lines and IC pipes. If you have the pressure tester on it will make a hissing sound at the leaks. You would be surprised what a little leak can do!
