Just a friendly Batman reminder that a boost controller set 15-19psi (with a proper gauge of course) is the most productive mod you can do when just starting out. It beats a turbo back, anything intake related and of course cosmetic mods. And the best part is that it's the most cost effective mod too.
I think some people are afraid of this mod or think you need injectors/afc/fuel pump/various useless "tooning" gauges to pull it off. Nope. Just a good running car, boost gauge and MBC. Trust me on this one.
Don't sell your car or the rest of your combo short by not turning up the boost.

But seriously, you can still safely turn the up the boost a good 3lbs over stock which I believe is 12.
That would acutally be an interesting dyno pull: a mostly stock TEL stock, then add K&N and turn boost up XX pounds and see what it runs. What do you think?
