Hi, I just installed a MBC although I don't think it is related and have a problem with stalling now and before the install, although it now seems to now be more common. What happens is randomly when I put the clutch down my car stalls. It seems to happen more when it is cold and during braking. Also I seem to be running really rich because the 02 voltage was .105. Anyone have any ideas what might cause this? I am also not venting so it is not that. Thanks

Well it says you have a Walbro 255 fuel pump. Do you have an adjustable fuel-pressure regulator? If not, that could make your car seriously run like crap.

I really don't know because the previous owner had installed the fuel pump and injectors. Also normally I have not been runnig this rich, only today was I past .92 . I will find out though, thanks.

;) I wish that were the case because then I would know that it is that. :( It has happend around 5 times the past three months. All of the times I had put the clutch in and most I was braking as well. At fist I thought it was a loose battery cable so I tightned it and it went away for a month. Then it came back but I discovered I had a bad 02 sensor so I fixed that and it went away agian but now its back. I hope it has something to do with the MBC but it is to much like the other times and the car was running fine for awhile and all the hoses and stuff are still tight. :(

I asked the previous owner and I don't but I do have the SAFC tunned for the pump and injectors.

When you say the O2 volts are at 1.05 or .92 that's only at WOT, right? What are the O2's doing at idle? Fluctuating? steady?

Found out what it was, apparently the guy who did the first gen intake manifold swap completely left the MAP sensor out of the intake since it has no place to it. So I have to get a MAP sensor from a GN and wire it in and run a vaccum line to it. Thanks for all the advice though.
