weight of Tsi

hey guys im new to this site.... im about to turn 16 and im planning in getting a DSM... im looking for a 1994 talon because of the price difference from the eclipse and the rear end.... my question is i know that Edmunds.com is usually pretty accurate and they say that a Tsi AWD weighs=3109 Lbs. but they say the GSX= 2570
is there really a difference in weight that much? knowing there BOTH AWD thanks alot guys!

P.S. if you guys wanna see some cool pictures of my dads cars ( 1975 corvette stingray or 1997 dodge ram SS/T just tell me and ill try to take some pictures)

hmmm 2500 doesnt sound right for a gsx. because i have a 91 gst and it wieghs like 2750 which isnt awd. i think the tsi wieght is right.

the TSI is a turbo designation. it could be fwd or awd. the gsx is awd only. that could be the problem, go to www.roadraceengineering.com thay have all the cars weights listed.

That is what you get for looking up technical information on Edmunds .

They got TSI weight right, but they must be using FWD GS weight for GSX.
