I just installed a greddy type s BOV and an upper intercooler pipe, after installing this my boost gauge maxes out shoeing me that i am building up a tremendous amout of boost. I have a manual boost controller and have tried to adjust it but with no luck. I have a ported and clipped 16 G turbo, intake, ported o2 housing, ported exhaust manifold, testpipe, and a cat-back exhaust.

Any suggesitons on how i can keep the boost down?
Before the BOV i could floor it and it would max out at about 14 psi, now when i floor it it builds up enough boost to max the gauge out at around 5000 rpms, instead of running it up to 7500 rpms.

HELP!!!!!

Thanks man, i did have it professionally installed but anyone can make a mistake, ill check with them, they also mentioned that my UIP and the stock intercooler dont line up perfectly because my car was in a n accident and the intercooler was bent, could this be the cause also if i have a boost leak?
