making custom UICP need some quick help

I'm going to make my own custom UICP, why? cause it's cheaper.
I will get gasket, flange and bolts from dave brode and pipes on-line as well as couplers.

I am wondering if i will be able to do this with this:

+ 45" degree bend

Does anyone know where to get a plate to attach to the throttle body like the one in the picture?
