Alright i have a few questions i need help on:
1)Should i get a 1g intake mani or port my 2g?
2)Should i get a 1g throttle or port my 2g?
3)How much should i port the intake/exhaust manifold/throttle?
4)Should i port the head? 40 or 60 angle?
5)How do i port a turbo? is it the exhaust housing only?

Thanks

I'll just give my opinion and probalby get hammered for it:
First thing is do you have something else to drive around while you are doing all this work? If so:

1) Get a 1g intake manny if you can. The runners are much bigger and it's easier to work with something that is bigger to begin with.

2) Get the 1g throttle body, same case as above.

3) Measure the size of your stock inlets vs. the intake manifold and try to match them up if you can. Pull your stock exhaust manifold and focus primarily around the outlet. You can smooth the runers out a little, but most of the gains are made at the outlet. Some people take the divider out and some leave it in. I'm not sure how much it helps/hurts on "stock" manifolds as compared to full tubular ones. Definately try to match it up with the inlet on your turbo. Since you have a 14b, I would say go out to 7cm or possibly a little past. I have no idea about porting the throttle body since I have no experience with it.

4) No idea about angle job. Talk to a couple of the shops that sponsor the page that do motor work is the only thing I can say.

5) When you port the turbo, it's just the exhaust housing. Try to match it to the exhaust manifold and also to the O2 housing (port this too, an EVO gasket will give you a good idea of how far to go). Spend some time and open up your wastegate hole as far down as you can and around the top so the arm can swing all the way open. Most of this can be accomplished with some carbide burrs and paddle sanding wheels from McMaster Carr or Manhatten Supply Company.
