are 1g turbo and non-turbo heads the same minus the cams and valves etc.? I want to do a 1g head swap on my 97' and am getting a 93' automatic n/t for free. Also can 2g cams and intake manifold go onto a 1g head?

yes.........but you will need a 1G intake and t-body. i have both if you need them

Actually, even the valves are the same...

You can use 2G cams. Actually, you will have to machine any 1G cam to work with your '97 CAS.

But you can't use the 2G intake... It is too small and will leave HUGE gaps!

However, NT intake is the same, so you can use with the NT head.
