Is the best place for hooking up a mbc is??
1 lower intercooler nipple
2 The hose by the filter/air can
3 Or t into the bov line??

Wich is the best spot to hook in ?? Right now i got in the lower intercooler pipe nipple, but am wondering y i had 2 mbc's and i cant get either of them to work.....
Could it be because im using the wrong or bad location???
Please help i would love to be able to race my car soon but cant push it har to the floor or ill run 20+ psi or its 8psi When i turn the mbc it starts at 8 psi and i turn it al itlle and it stays at 8 psi and turn it a little and still at 8 and turn a little more and jumps to 20+ psi .. What is goin on here?? I got the hoses running in the right way but dont know if i got the right hose running in to it??
Tahnks if u can help me!!!

T into the BOV line is the best.
Using the lower IC pipe nipple should also work, but won't hold steady boost.
Some MBC's are sensitive and only take 1/4 turn to change boost by 2 psi.

Not sure about the 91. But my car has an electronic boost controller from the factory. Had to disconnect two hoses on the MAF and cap them off. My MBC was doing almost the same thing except when it was hooked up it was just letting the turbo boost its absolute maximum no matter what I set it too heh.

Ill tell you though, that thing was laying some power down. I mean in 2nd at around 4500 rpm the tires were just spinning ALOT. I didnt run it like this for long though. Thats not good.

T off the BOV line. This will be set at what the boost pressure is in the intake. Any where else could give you an inaccurate response. Also is the BC home made or aftermarket. If its home made the screw and the spring need to be set properly. I had a problem where the spring was too soft. I would run into the same problem but when it screwed down to a certain point it would buckle against the innerwall of the BC. gave me either 12 or 22+. I bought a tighter spring and lubed the screw and it fixed the problem. GL

You have to go exactly 5.125" from manifold and 6.55" from BOV. If you get this wrong you will blow up your turbo and motor.
