I recently purchased a JDM Cyclone intake manifold for my car a 97 GST, will i have any trouble installing it on my engine.

Why did you buy it? "Cause its JDM dawg".

SEARCH!

A: It's made for a 1G head which has much bigger runners, so your gonna attrach a manifold with huge inleds onto the litle 2g head. Think of the turbulence.
B: You have to setup the actuator or whatever somehow.

C: If you want to do something helpful...buy a 1G TB and port out your stock manifold, then sell that thing on ebay.

fyi, there is no such thing as a "jdm eclipse", they dont sell eclipses in japan, the manifold is off a jdm gvr4, which has a 1g style engine
unless ur going to take ur head off and port it to match the intake mani ur not going to gain any power, if u really want to actually make ur car faster u need a 1g head or to get ur head ported, it was pretty much a waste of money(and i hope u didnt pay more then a hundred or 2 for it)

I feel like an idiot, the auction said for a 4g63 engine and would bolt up to the 2g eclipse's, so like a newbie i bought it off ebay.

guess i have something else to sale on ebay.

1) Learn how to type coherently.

2) Stop spreading mis-information. http://www.geocities.co.jp/MotorCity/2865/

3) IT'S "YOUR", NOT "UR". Highschool toonerz indeed.
