I have been doing alot of upgrades on my 90 dsm but every dang bolt on the thing snaps out or strips...lately i snapped the oil return line bolt that goes to the motor...where can i get these types of bolts..its the one with the hole in it that goes to the oil line connected to the turbo...sorry for newbness...thank you for your time:talon:

Just find another bolt with the right threads, if its too long you can grind it down on a table grinder thing. Just make sure you taper it so you can start the threads.

and if im reading this correctly, its not the return line its the oil feed line. the line on the top left part of the engine going to youre turbo, If im wrong sorry in advance.

What I did was buy all new stuff. (of course I have an aftermarket turbo but as reference for anybody searching later on)

Oil housing is 3/8th plug with 1/8NTP female. Bought a male / male 1/8NTP (to go into the 3/8th plug) and other end was 1/8th JIC. (JIC is sortal like AN fitting but a slightly different angle. THat way you dont need any pipe paste to seal it. Then I bought a 30" piece of -3 Braided Stainless hose with 1/8th JIC female fitting on both ends. On the other end by the turbo I bought a 90deg bend 1/8th JIC to attach to the feed line the other end 1/8ntp to screw into the turbo feed.

On the return I put a flange that was 5/8th and put in a 5/8 barbed fitting. Bought some high pressure and temp hose from a hydralic place and fit it over the 5/8 barb to the old oil return line. I cut the line just after the flexable spot and put a very small flare on the end of the line. I put the hose over the stock hard hose and bolted it back up. Just clean the bottom good and use gasket sealer. I didn't buy real gaskets for anything I used sealer on everything. Much easier if you need to fix anything or have to take something appart.

All of the parts in total cost me around $30 bux and so far the turbo still has no shaft play after 3000 miles of hard driving so it's getting oiled properly obviously and the return does not leak and seems not to be pressurized causing the seals in the turbo to let go. This whole setup is basically the same as what some places sell for a lot more. For the DIY guys who want the same performance but less cost.

You can get this at any speed shop that deals with hydraulic lines or give Mike at Slowboy Racing a call, he has this stuff laying around just incase and he's cheap.

To get the broken one out of there, spray it down with PB Blaster and let it sit an hour or so, then spray it again and then try to get it out with a screw extractor. While your at it, I would get a SS oil feed line to replace the tiny hard line that is there. To get the bolt off the turbo, you need a 19mm shortie wrench and a lot of PB Blaster in advance.
