Does anybody know why the early 90 TB (2 ports instead of 4) do not work when doing a 1g cylinder head swap on to a 2g. According to RRE's tech page this is what they say but there is no explaination why. I ask because I can get the whole head, TB, mani ETC cheep but it is this vintage.

i have a 90 tb and it has 2 on top and 2 on the side, the other thing that i notice that is different is the aic motor and tps
 
RRE replied back to my question. They said the TPS bolt pattern is different.
