which spark plug to use?

ok by motor is getting back togther. I was wandering what spark plug to go with. i have a fp big16g. i am not going to be running more than 15psi of boost due to factory fuel system. i have been told just to go with the stock plugs for now and see how they work. nothing major because it will be running low boost. this wont be for very long so maybe i should go with something better to keep from buying 2 sets up plugs. plugs are cheap so im not that worried about it. what do u all suggest.

NGK Plugs from the dealer I have found to work the best with our cars, your might like the BPR7ESs the best.

i think the BPR7ES is what most people would suggest, you can even go a step colder at 8s but most people get the 7s

Get the NGK 7's... i have the same turbo set-up.. run the cooler plugs.. I dont think you'll end up staying at 15 psi for long

If your not running a lot of boost the best plug for you is the BPR6ES not the 7's. Save the 7's for drag racing and be sure to gap the plugs at 0.028". Just my 2 cents.
