Can someone explain this!?!?

I was looking at a site with pictures of 2G eclipse and i came across this picture. The turbo 4G63 is in a different position. Its on the same side at the 420A. Could this mean that a guy with a NA could fit a 4G63T in their car with out alot of modifications?

This is just a "mirror-image' picture. If you look closely enough, the writing on the valvecover is backwards (2000 and DOHC) are reversed.

I have yet to see a valve cover that says "2000 DOHC".
