*Is there going to be an update to the fuel tuning guide, or is that it?
-I've been checking back for a while, but still nothing.

Huh, I never saw that page before. Sounds like it was a good idea, but people just haven't updated it. The Tuning Talk section is pretty good to read up on tuning advice. Also 1g tuning is very much different that 2g tuning; and I think on that page they were going to do a 1g.
