Well, my motor has 208,000+ miles on it now, and im just about ready to do a rebuild on it. stock compression is around 7.8:1, and ive hear of people run all the way up to 9.5 or higher. It is an auto, so i am looking for as much power down low as i can get before the turbo spools. my plan is to (someday) put an FP GREEN on it at about 22-26lbs of boost, but will probably never see nitrous. i want to see 10's and drive it to work every day. what ratio and what brand (part numbers please) do you recommend i run? thanks for your input.

green, auto, and no N20. Good luck. Unless you have some crazy stall conv. your gonna lag like a muther. And with a high stall its not very streetable. Unless they make a trans brake for our car, but I'm not sure, and you probably wouldn't want that anyway.
